Manor Industrial Park saving commuting time and costs. In
Manor, 68% of the houses and apartments are occupied by the owners, not rented out. The median home cost in
Manor in 2005 is $90,900, which is considerably lower than the cost of housing in nearby larger population centers such as Austin or Round Rock.
