Truck Court and Parking

Manor Industrial is easily accessible by even the largest 18-wheeler trucks rumbling down the highway. There is a convenient exit off Highway 290 and entrance into the complex by turning south onto Beltex Drive.

Beltex Drive, a paved road with an 80 ft.-wide right of way, serves as the main artery for ingress and egress to the industrial park for all deliveries, pickups, vendors and customers.

Manor Industrial boasts ample on-site parking spaces conveniently located to serve all four buildings. The complex has a spacious truck court and the traffic pattern design enables drivers to pull up in front of either ground-level or dock-high roll-up doors by looking over their left shoulder while backing up the rig. Thus even the biggest 18-wheelers can safely and efficiently off-load their cargo, load up trans-shipments and continue on a one-way path to exit onto Viking Jack Road, a 60 ft.-wide right of way paved street.

Leaving Manor Industrial Park, trucks exit by turning right to enter Highway 290 heading east. A short way down the highway, there is a convenient turn-around pocket lane that enables trucks to reverse direction and head westbound on Highway 290 toward the 130 Toll Road, or Interstate 35 and points beyond.
